Adding an employee
New employees are added in the Employees tab of the Google Sheet: first name, last name, PIN, TRUE, file #, then company code, department, location and crop year. Those last four are what place someone in the ADP export — leave them blank and the person is left out of it.
Format the PIN column as plain text first, or a PIN like 0123 loses its leading zero and becomes 123.
Column J — Zone Group
Leave it blank for anyone who works out of a vehicle: they can punch from any active zone, the same as always. Put SHOP there for the shop-based crew and they can punch only at zones tagged SHOP in the Zones tab — anywhere else is refused outright, and the attempt is logged in the Failed Punches sheet as BLOCKED.
Tagging a zone does not take it away from anyone. Restricting a new hire to the shop has no effect on the people whose column J is blank — they keep punching at the shop, the storages and every field zone as they always have.

belongs to that group — it does not stop anyone else from punching here.
Everyone with a blank column J keeps punching at every active zone, tagged
